Our Services: How We Find the Right Senior Community For You or Your Loved One

Whether you have lived in your home for 2 or 40 years, finding a new place to fit your needs and lifestyle is a big decision.  We are here to help you make that decision.  Our services are easy as one-two-three.

1) Free Initial Consultation: Our initial 1 hour consultation is free.  We visit you in your home (we service Marin, San Francisco and Sonoma Counties), and get to know you -- what you like to do, what's important to you, your health needs and what you can afford. 

2) Find The Right Communities: We provide you with information on the senior communities that we think are a good fit for you. We take into consideration the information you provided us in the initial consultation. 

3) Visit Communities: You then make an informed choice on which senior communities you want to visit and have a meal at, and then we make the appointments for you and visit each one with you.  

It's that simple.

(We also work with helping you move from out of town or out of state, as an initial assessment can be done over the telephone.)

A benefit to using our services is that you do not have to be bombarded with marketing calls from representatives at the communities that you visited.  We act as the liaison between you and them so you can make a decision in your own time without those annoying marketing calls. 

Once you decide to work with us, we charge a $350 deposit that is refundable to you when you move into one of the communities we suggested to you within 12 months. This also includes followup with you for 6 months after you have moved into the senior community you visited with us.  If you are, for any reason, unhappy with your choice, we will find another community for you free of charge.
